Safety

The safety and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority. All of our equipment, activities and venues comply with strict Australian safety standards. However, there is always an inherent risk involved in any physical activity. While we take all reasonable precautions, customers participate in our services at their own risk.

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising any children in their care at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult and remain within sight during all activities. We reserve the right to refuse access to overly rambunctious or unruly customers to ensure others’ safety.

Health Conditions

Customers are responsible for disclosing any health conditions (e.g. heart/lung problems, back/neck issues, recent injuries etc.) that may impact participation. We advise checking with your doctor before participating in physically demanding activities. Jakitah accepts no liability for injuries exacerbated by undisclosed health conditions.

Photo/Video Release

By booking our services or entering our premises, you grant us permission to photograph/video you and your child/children for promotional use on our website and official social media pages. Any photos/videos will only be identified by first name or remain unidentified for privacy. If you would prefer your image not be used, please notify our staff.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking. Full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date to confirm services.

We accept payment via credit card (VISA, Mastercard), bank transfer or cash in person. Declined card payments may result in cancellation of your booking. Prices are subject to change without notice but your confirmed booking will be honoured at the original quoted rates.

Cancellations

Cancellations with 5 or more business days notice will forfeit the 20% deposit only. Cancellations within 5 business days or no-shows will be charged the full balance amount. No refunds or credits will be given for partial or complete unused services due to late arrivals, early departures or changes on the day.

Please contact our office promptly by phone or email regarding cancellations/reschedule requests for prompt processing. Cancellations will not be accepted via social media platforms. We reserve the right to cancel bookings which breach these terms or due to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather.

Damage & Loss

Customers are liable for any damage to our equipment/property caused by themselves or their guests. Lost property claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of your visit.

Jakitah will not be held responsible for any personal items lost, damaged or stolen on our premises. We recommend not bringing valuables and to secure all belongings while enjoying activities.

General Terms

Services and entertainment may be subject to change or cancellation based on availability, numbers or unexpected circumstances despite best efforts. No guarantee is made that activities/attractions will run for their full advertised duration.

Jakitah is not responsible for delays, missed or incomplete services caused by factors outside of our control such as traffic, adverse weather or supplier issues. We make no warranty to the accuracy or completeness of information published on our website or third party platforms.
